Important update

Hi, thank you for visiting Surya Yoga.

Unfortunately, I'm no longer teaching yoga classes at Asha Studio in Paisley, as I've moved to Otley, West Yorkshire, in order to support my elderly mother.

A few months ago, I started teaching yoga in Otley at Soma Wellness studio, but currently the classes are suspended due to the lockdown situation.

I hope to resume my yoga classes as soon as it is safe to do so, and will provide updates on this website and on my Surya Yoga facebook page.
