This is the traditional form of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Sri K Pattabhi in Mysore, India. This class is open to absolute beginners and advanced practitioners. In the Mysore Self Practice students receive individual guidance and attention. Some would describe it as ‘a private tuition within a group environment’.
The Mysore Class allows the student to work at their own pace whilst receiving hands on adjustments and personal attention from the teacher. Students can arrive at any time during the session. The length of practice varies according to each student. Complete beginners

The course is over a 6-week period and is designed for complete beginners to Ashtanga Yoga, to experience the fundamental and basic elements of this style of yoga. Introducing to the student the basics of breathing, movement and posture.

Hatha Yoga, Flow
This class is a relaxing but no less a challenging form of yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. You will be exploring postures to strengthening your body and mind in gentle and calming manner. Highly recommended to complete beginners and those who need a positive break away from their active lives.

Iyengar Yoga
The Iyengar method focuses on precision, alignment, strength, flexibility, concentration and safety in each posture. Through its unique sequencing the student develops self-awareness and inward reflection. It is suitable for all levels as the postures are adjusted to meet the conditions and needs of each student.
Lunchtime Yoga
This 45 minute class gives you a short break away from your desk allowing your body to free itself from tension and stress. You will explore gentle stretching and warm up exercises to help you through the rest of your day.
PREGNANCY YOGA
¤ Pregnancy Yoga
This class will focus on breath and body awareness, exploring postures, which will support you during the changes your body can experience during pregnancy. The class will also explore relaxation technique in preparation of labour and birth.
Relaxation techniques, which bring calm and quiet, allowing you to release tiredness and tension from your body. Discussion on aspects of pregnancy and labour and the early days with your baby.
Kathleen Beegan is a very experienced Yogabirth and Active Birth teacher with 13 years experience.
Classes are open to all women from 14 weeks (bookable in advance).
This practice aims at developing the meditative aspect of yoga through slow and focused movement, breathing and relaxation techniques. Postures are approached gently and in a calming manner with rest in between each sequence. It is an ideal practice to release stress and improve concentration while strengthening and stretching the body. Recommended for complete beginners, and for those who need a positive break away from their active lives. Learn to take time and discover yourself.
Open Yoga
A gentle but challenging form of yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Pilates
Pilates is a method of body conditioning, rebalancing and reshaping the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It focuses primarily on the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside and is highly recommended for those with lower back problems. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
These classes are flowing and dynamic, moving creatively through various sequences and poses with the breath. Classes are often done to music – sitting, breathing, moving, sweating, playing and RESTING! Ideal for those who like a challenging practice.
Yin and Yang Yoga
The subtle yin style of practice cultivates inner attention, stillness and surrender. Yoga poses are held passively for longer, allowing the body-mind to soften up, open out and calm down. Then a short sequence of dynamic yang style poses follow to invigorate and strengthen the muscular body. This coupling of yin and yang styles gently rebalances inner and outer worlds, creating a sense of peace and harmonious wellbeing.
