Pilates is a method of exercise which is suitable for anyone, regardless of age, size or level of fitness.
If practised regularly it will tone and lengthen muscles, improve flexibility, posture and enable you to move with an easy, fluid grace. It will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed yet alert.
It achieves this by firstly strengthening the deep or “core” muscles that act like a corset around the torso. These muscles then support the more challenging movements, allowing you to move with a newly found control, freedom and ease.
Beginners Ashtanga Course with Jen – 6 weeks

Introducing a 6 week course that explores the basic techniques and principles of Ashtanga Yoga, a series of classical poses linked by co-ordinating breath and movement.
This dynamic form of yoga is renowned for its ability to detoxify and strengthen while encouraging flexibility. The result is a strong and flexible body and calm mind.
During the course, we will explore the opening asanas (postures) of the Primary Series, working together to master the breath, develop core strength and flexibility.
As the course progresses, we will learn how yoga can be applied to your daily lives, encouraging physical health and emotional and spiritual well-being.

Absolute Beginners Yoga Course with Charlotte – 8 weeks

Introducing the basics of breathing, movement and posture – we recommend that all those new to yoga complete our 8 week Absolute Beginners Course.
Yoga is for everyone – you don’t need to be 21, supple, a size zero and eat tofu and beansprouts to benefit from yoga.
